Schüttelbrot traditional cumin and fennel 150g
The history of South Tyrol is deeply linked with Schüttelbrot production (a type of crunchy rye bread). Every family has their own recipe, and ours is no different. We’ve handed down this frugal recipe from one generation to the next. Schüttelbrot is prepared with rye flour, carefully refined with cumin and fennel: a 100% natural and tasty treat.
Ingredients: rye flour (81%), plain flour, yeast, salt, cumin 2%, fennel seeds 1%, barley malt extract, barley malt flour. May contain traces of sesame.
